Register Product
To register a device, you must log in with a validated email. Please use the Sign In link at the top right of the screen. If you do not have an account, please tap the Sign Up link in the login screen. Then return to this screen to register your product.

SURFboard Warranty & Support Services
We offer free technical support for the duration of your warranty. Your warranty status will be verified prior to obtaining support through the Ask for Help Widget. Please use the warranty verification tool below to check your product's status.
Where you buy matters.
To qualify for SURFboard warranty coverage and technical support, your product must be purchased from an authorized retailer, including:
- Amazon
- Best Buy (online or in-store)
- Walmart (online or in-store)
- Verdi (authorized reseller on Amazon and Best Buy)
Some online marketplaces feature third-party sellers that are not authorized to sell SURFboard products. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty replacement or technical support.
We recommend checking the seller information and return policy before purchasing. If you buy from an unauthorized seller, returns, exchanges, and support requests may need to be handled directly through that seller.
